John, can you say hi to Brendan who instructed me, and pass on thanks for a great day dispite the bad weather. I have since had another track and all in all I think I improved my ability to brake from higher speeds and get my body in the right position earlier. My back tyre was off the ground most of the time braking into Russell Bend from about 100mph. I think I have the lines and a nice pattern of where to change, it's just about practice and improvement I feel. I think that once I master this track well it should make the principles transferable to other tracks.

Hi John
Thank you very much for the detailed assessment report, very much appreciated. I intend taking it to my next trackday, to act as a reminder of what to focus on.
I very much enjoyed the day, and feel that I learned and improved a lot from it (the laptimes show that), but, more importantly, I feel that I can improve a lot more by practising what I learnt on the day. Looking forward to my next day on track.

Hi John, I got your report of our day together. I've read it a couple of times now.
VERY perceptive, you have correctly accessed every section IMO. The comments on feel were especially accurate, just how you realise this by following someone for the first time beats me!!
I would pass this message on to anyone considering 121 training.... "Take the full day with one instructor, you will learn & prompted to consider things you thought you knew, but didn't. You will receive training that will have a lasting effect on your riding. I cannot recommend John & his team highly enough. I have done level one of CSS & a race training day at Mallory park. 121 training is the way forward, there is no doubt in my mind about that."
Jacqui Whitta - 20th October 2008
Hi John, I just wanted to say thanks so much for your time at the track day at Brands on the 20th of October. I had so much fun, more than I expected to and certainly learnt a lot too.
I'm definitely keen to do some more sessions, at other tracks too, and will be booking in soon! Cheers Jacqui
Carl Tyrer - 6th August 2008
My confidence and speed needed a boost after a recent fall. Brendan really pushed me to get back the speed and aggression that I had lost after the crash. Braking, lines and exit all improved greatly. Will be back for another session soon.
Steven May - Acadamy - 28th August 2008
I feel a different rider, the suspension set up from Stuart made me so much more confident with the bike. Learnt how to trail brake and learned soo much about getting round a corner. Started at the back of the fast group and ended up at the pointy end of the fast group all in a day...... will be back for more.
Dave Toombes - Acadamy - 28th August 2008
What a full on day! Could not have fitted in any more knowledge in a day.
Huw Davies - Brands Hatch 9th July 2008
On the wettest day of the year, did not really expect to learn to much, but was wrong. Brendan managed to strip away the information overload and really concentrate on what was needed. Made me focus on the more aggressive side of riding even in soaking conditions. Look forward to dry sesssion next time!!
Steven Guy - Brands 5th July 2008
The day was much better and more constructive than I thought it would be, didnt turn me in to the new rossi, but it gave me loads to think about and even more bits to work on over the season, Brendan pointed out loads to me that as a road rider I hadn't even thought about, but they all made sense. Every single £ I spent that day was well worth it, cant imagine how many track days it wouldve taken to move me on that much.
Not only that, but Brendan is a nice lad and made it a fun day as well!!
Mark - Snetterton 28th April 2008
"Best money I have spent!! gained over 7 secs at Snetterton and finally learnt how to use the brakes properly. John coached, advised and finally dragged me out of my comfort zone and made me push harder and really start trusting the bike...... Fantastic"
Tim Jordan - Brands Hatch Indy - March 2008
"Had a really great day, the ability to really look at my riding in detail and then try it and then talk about it after really helped the learning process. Being on other schools but felt got a lot more out of the 121 session..... by the end of the day I was totally knackered .. but happy"!
John Harris - Donington - June 2007
" John was a true gent, picked on just one or two points that really helped rather than total overload, the result faster and smoother"
Simon Atkinson - Donington - June 2007
" Despite an off in the first session, due to going too fast on cold tyres, the rest of the day was a revelation, never been round Donington as fast or felt in sooo much control.."
